Caboose & Co. is delighted to announce a tie up with Campsule. The exclusive distribution agreement will cover the UK & Ireland.
Campsule, whose parent company is a specialist manufacturer of automotive parts for the trucking industry in Hungary, is the brain child of Zsolt Pahor who has spent the last five years engineering the ‘Foldaway Mobil HouseSystem’ into a ground breaking glamping pod.
Caboose & Co. Director Tom Critchley said “This is an exciting time to be helping Campsule develop this great product for launch into the UK Market.” He went on to add “Glamping was already growing at pace in the UK, but since the COVID19 pandemic we have seen a huge surge in demand for glamping products as the UK staycation becomes the new ‘normal’. Our timing is good and we are delighted to be adding this product to the Caboose stable as we continue to raise the bar of product accommodation in the UK & Europe.”
Richard Pahor, CEO of Campsule said “We are delighted to be working with Tom, Ross and the rest of the Caboose & Co. team. Their product development and event deployment expertise will be extremely valuable in assisting us to develop our system for the UK market and will further drive the expansion of our manufacturing facility here in Hungary.”
Truly a revolution in the glamping market, the flat-pack product is versatile, stackable, quick to deploy and easy to store. Providing a safe, lockable and storm-proof sleeping space for up to two people, ‘The Maverick’ allows easy off-grid deployment thanks to its low power requirements.
The product which will be launched under the Caboose & Co. brand and named ‘The Maverick’, after Máv, the Hungarian state railway, is available for pre-order and can be seen in person at the upcoming Glamping Show Warwick between 17-19th September.
Caboose & Co. will also be expanding its UK based hire fleet by bringing to market a 100 strong fleet specifically engineered for use as pop up accommodation at festivals and events.
